Eurobio Laboratories SA and AbCys SA get closer to increase their commercial offer

A new synergy in Life Sciences.

Paris, February 14^th, 2011–Eurobio Laboratories (www.eurobio.fr), French producer of reagents for Life Sciences and Diagnosis announces today the integration of AbCys SA (www.abcysonline.com), a company specialized in the distribution of reagents for Immunology, Molecular Biology and Cell Culture.
"This merger enables the group Eurobio Laboratories & AbCys to expand its Life Sciences Division dedicated to biotechnology and research laboratories. ZEUS Scientific management has decided to confer the exclusive distribution of all its products EUROBIO Laboratories.

Recognized for their expertise in Auto-Immunity through the distribution of Immuno Concepts products (ANA screening on Hep-2000^®), EUROBIO Laboratories take over the distribution of ZEUS Scientific products in France (previously distributed by Ingen).

This new distribution allows EUROBIO to increase their offer in auto-immunity (fluorimetry and automation) but also to reinforce their presence in the infectious field with a large range in direct and indirect IFI/ELISA.
